1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect — and nothing else

a. Data you send us

Only when you fill in a form. No field is hidden, nothing is inferred behind your back.

b. Technical data tied to submission

When a form is sent, our server also records your IP address and browser type. We mention it because it is true, and because most sites do not.

This has a single purpose: fighting spam. It lets us cap the number of submissions per address per hour. It is never used to identify you, profile you, or for advertising.

c. What we do not collect

• No cookies — technical, analytics or advertising.
• No trackers: no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad network.
• No profiling, no automated decision-making about you.
• Your browsing on the site is not recorded.

One single item is stored in your browser: the theme you picked (dark or light). It is a display preference kept locally on your device via localStorage. It never leaves your machine and is never sent to us.

3. Who sees your data

Your requests land in the agency’s mailbox and are read by the Responsive Web Systems team, and nobody else.

Two technical providers are necessarily involved in the chain:

• Our host, which stores the site files and the submission log.
• Google (Gmail), which routes the emails sent from the forms. Your data therefore passes through servers located outside the European Union and Tunisia.

This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. We regard this dependency as a flaw and are working to self-host those fonts.

Your data is never sold, rented, exchanged or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights

You have, at any time, the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data.

To exercise them, a single address: contact@responsive-web-systems.com. We reply within 30 days, and far sooner in practice. No complicated paperwork: an email from the address concerned is enough.

You may ask for your data to be deleted without giving a reason, and without it harming any ongoing commercial relationship.

6. Legal framework

• Tunisia — Organic Law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on personal data protection, supervised by the INPDP.
• European Union — General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable to visitors residing in the EU.
• Switzerland — the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

Legal bases: your consent (voluntarily submitting a form), the performance of pre-contractual steps (preparing a quote), and our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam.

7. Security

• The site is served entirely over HTTPS.
• The submission log is unreachable from the web: the server denies direct access.
• Forms are protected by several anti-spam filters, without a captcha — we will not make you solve puzzles to write to us.
• No payment data is collected on this site.

8. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with an updated date. If a change were substantial — adding an analytics tool, for instance — we would inform the people concerned.
