The questions we get asked
And the answers we actually give — including the ones that do not flatter us.
How much does a website or an app cost?
It depends on three things: the functional scope, how bespoke the design is, and the number of languages. A brochure site and a multi-vendor marketplace share neither cost nor timeline. Our quote wizard asks eight questions and builds your brief; a project manager sends back a detailed quote within two business days.
How long does a project take?
Expect four to eight weeks for a brochure site, two to four months for an e-commerce platform or a mobile app, longer for an ERP. We work in Scrum sprints: you watch the product take shape at every iteration instead of discovering the result at the end. A tight deadline is possible by reinforcing the team.
Do I really own the site?
Yes, entirely. The code, the content and the hosting and domain credentials are yours. You can bring the project in-house or hand it to another provider at any time. We do not rent websites and we do not lock clients in.
Do you use purchased WordPress themes?
No. We start from a lightweight base and build the design from scratch. Off-the-shelf premium themes are appealing at first, but they depend on a vendor who may stop maintaining them: the day PHP or WordPress moves on, the site breaks and nobody fixes it. We have seen that scenario up close — we do not put clients through it.
Can you take over an existing site, even a broken one?
Yes, and it is a common request: an abandoned theme, an unreachable provider, a site that went down after a PHP upgrade. We start with a diagnosis and an emergency restore, then decide together whether to repair or rebuild. Your content and images can be recovered in almost every case.
Do you work with clients outside Tunisia?
Most of our projects are delivered remotely for clients in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Morocco. We work in French and English, on hours that overlap with Europe, and a single project manager remains your point of contact from the first conversation through to maintenance.
What happens after launch?
A site that is delivered and then left unattended always degrades. We offer a maintenance contract: core and plugin updates, security patches, daily backups, uptime monitoring and performance tracking. You are free to decline it — we advise against it.
Do you handle SEO as well?
Yes, and it is built in from the design stage rather than bolted on afterwards: URL architecture, heading structure, structured data, performance and Core Web Vitals. We then handle ongoing optimisation, content writing and, if you want it, Google Ads campaigns.
